Space Days 2014

Website Link

Wallonie Espace is proud to announce the organization of the fifth edition of their SPACE DAYS to be held in Transinne (Redu), Belgium, on 13-14 October 2014.

Every actor involved in the Space business, whether from agencies, industry, universities, or governmental institutions, is warmly invited to participate in and actively contribute to the not-to-be-missed biennial event for the Space community.

Under the theme 'Space Value on Earth', SPACE DAYS 2014 will focus on a very topical issue: 'Galileo & Copernicus: Boosting Business and Innovation'.

Both specialists and particularly end-users, who are not necessarily well informed about the benefits of space technologies in their specific field, will get their money's worth at the SPACE DAYS 2014 event.

  • International keynote speakers will address the state of the art of the Galileo and Copernicus programmes.
  • A panel of various end-users will testify how space applications can help solve problems and improve processes in every-day life.
  • Participants will get an overview of current co-funding programmes in line with their research and innovation needs.
  • Hands-on demonstrations will give more detailed insight into a series of concrete applications.
Last but not least: please feel free to come and bring your projects, questions or expectations for a first informal discussion with our experts. Tailoring our Space solutions to your earthly needs is our concern. That is what SPACE DAYS 2014 is all about.

We hope to meet you at the Galaxia Business Park in the Belgian Ardennes this October!
